Travel Opportunities

Travelling with Wales YFC is a totally unique and unforgettable experience which gives the young people that are members the opportunity to travel to another country to meet new people, learn about their way of life and understand their culture.

The opportunities that are available to members are exchange trips, events with Rural Youth Europe and the chance to travel with the NFYFC Discovery programme.

Exchange trips are available to the USA, Finland, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Canada.

Each year, Rural Youth Europe, the non political governmental body of all Young Farmers and Rural Youth groups in Europe throughout Europe organise events, such as training courses, seminars and the rally, for members of the affiliated YFC organisations.

As a part of the programme Wales YFC welcome exchangees to Wales for a two week period in July to coincide with the Royal Welsh Show week.
