Who are we?

The Young People's Village (YPV) was established in 1991 by the Wales Federation of Young Farmers Club (YFC) as a Campsite and an Entertainment Arena for young people associated with the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show.

2018 is the 27th year of the Young People’s Village being held on farm land on Court Farm, Builth Wells. Over 27 years the event has developed into one of Mid-Wales biggest campsite and music festival for young people.

In 2017 just under 4,000 young people camped at the site with another 12,000 revellers enjoying the Entertainment Arena over four evenings.

This year we are grateful for the support of Harper Adams University, Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and the Welsh Government Major Events Unit as financial supporters of the event.

The Young People’s Village is the very best camping & entertainment site for young people during the Royal Welsh Show.

The event welcomes young people to the site from all over the United Kingdom and beyond.

Don’t miss out on the best week-long party in the heart of Wales!
